Meaning of the śloka

Kapittha, Suvahā, Bimbī, Bilva, Pracībala, Nandī and Bhallātaka are prescribed for sprinkling or bathing. Goat urine and cow urine, together with Musta, Suradāru, Kuṣṭha and all fragrant substances, are to be used in preparing an oil. The barks of Rohiṇī, Sarja, Khadira, Palāśa and Kakubha are to be decocted; ghee is then cooked in that decoction together with milk. Vulture and owl excrement, Bastagandhā, a snake’s cast-off skin, Nimba leaves and Madhuka are prescribed for fumigation. Lambā, Guñjā and Kākādanī are also to be worn or carried.
