Ayana Ayurveda offers online consultations to improve access to Ayurveda healthcare for patients who may not be able to visit the clinic in person.

An appointment is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our clinic.

Consultation

Online consultations may be conducted using secure video or audio communication platforms selected by Ayana Ayurveda.

Patients should ensure they have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A quiet environment
  • Access to previous medical records or reports, if available

Patient Responsibilities

Patients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Share complete medical history
  • Inform the doctor about current medications
  • Upload relevant reports where required
  • Ask questions if any recommendations are unclear

Prescriptions

Prescriptions issued during teleconsultation are based on the information available at the time of consultation.

Additional investigations or an in-person examination may be recommended if clinically necessary.

Certain conditions cannot be adequately assessed through online consultation alone.
